Turbo Tube Resistant Training

Turbo Tubing (Resistance Tube & Band Training):

Resistance tubes & bands are great to “spice” up your normal workout routine.  Nearly all exercises that are done with free weights and machines can be done using resistance tubing and bands.  The difference between using bands and tubes and using free-weights and machines is you have continuous resistance during the whole movement of the exercise, so your muscles are challenged in a completely different way.  Besides challenging the muscles, adding them into your routine not only avoids boredom & increased coordination, but will help with weight loss plateaus.

Revolution Fitness’s Turbo Tubing will not remove the use of body weight exercises, free weights and machines from the resistance training program, but will be used to “compliment” and add variety to your workout.  The best part about Turbo Tubing, is the bands and tubes are light weight and travel well, so it gives more option as to where clients can train.
