Russell Lee is an international qualified fitness personal trainer with over 800 clients from across the world ranging from age 4 to 80 years old. He has conducted more then 6,000 hours of hands-on one-on-one personal training and 2,000 hours of group fitness training with over 10 years fitness training experience. He runs a successful one-on-one personal training companyin Bangkok, Thailand. And in 2008, he has diversified his personal training operation to Shanghai, China - continually to change people's lives through fitness and strive for a better quality of life. As the owner of a successful personal training company in Asia, he has started to share his secrets with many fitness trainers. His is the creator and owner of Revolution Fitness

Emma
Emma first discovered a passion for fitness at the age of 23 when she moved to Australia, hired a personal trainer and lost 23kg!! This inspired her to make fitness her career so that she could help other people in changing their lives for the better. Originally focusing on weight training, cycling and running, Emma also became interested in boxing 4 years ago and now studies Muay Thai. Emma incorporates boxing drills and technique into her personal training sessions, together with resistance training (body weight, free weight or machines) and cardio circuits. Her sessions are always fun and interactive. Emma is outgoing and friendly, a bit of an adventurer and will try anything once! She loves to inspire and encourage confidence in her clients and can help you unleash your inner warrior!!

Drew Bourton
Drew is a highly motivated, conscientious individual with a wide ranging experience in corporate fitness, wellbeing, nutrition and personal one on one fitness programs and training. Drew holds an International Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy Diploma. Excelling in several sports including rugby and basketball, he prides himself on his ‘sports specific’ training. Having worked in 3 different continents with people from all walks of life, he takes an individual-specific approach to ensure that his programs and training are effective.

Maria Schaller
Maria has previously worked as a P.E. teacher and fitness instructor in Switzerland and loves to do all different kinds of sports. She is highly experienced in group exercise instruction, and has run many programs for children and youth fitness. Maria is positive and energetic and her lively personality makes her ideal for training people of all ages!! She’s excited about how an active lifestyle doesn’t only change the way you look but also how you feel.
4 years ago she discovered her real passion: Breakdance! “It’s definitely the most intense way of exercising your body that I know of. It’s a dance with no end, there’s no limit for your imagination. It’s art.” It doesn’t matter whether you’re interested in group fitness or one-on-one training, Maria’s creative workouts will be exciting and help you to reach your goals.
Maria speaks English, German, Thai and Swedish.
